The Sanford Farmers’ Market is a non-profit dedicated to providing space for local food producers to connect with the community. Our goals are to support farm profitability while increasing our community's access to healthy, fresh and locally grown, raised, caught and crafted goods. We strive to build our community's local food system and economy while celebrating and honoring the traditions and importance of agriculture to our community and its wellbeing. Farmers' markets are essential for our farmers, food entrepreneurs, and artisans to support their operations and give consumers weekly access to seasonal fruits and vegetables picked at peak ripeness. Our vendors are farmers, ranchers, fishers, bakers, artisans, and food entrepreneurs who live in and around Lee County. All products sold at our market are made by the producer. Our market offers a diverse selection of seasonal vegetables, fruit, meat, flowers, baked goods, crafts, and more.
